I love fabric, the moment I saw the gorgeous vintage fabric at a market stall in France, I knew exactly what must bemade from it. Patience had long been sitting alone daydreaming in a corner of my mind just waiting for the perfectdress! She was after all, thinking of Spring, of dancing barefoot in the moonlight and finding true love!
Patience was created in a Queen Anne style with great attention to detail, although the trim down the front of her gownis just a decade or so old, the remainder of her beautiful attire has been crafted with vintage fabrics and lace. Patienceis about 13\" tall from her tiny lace trimmed shoes to the tip of her mohair wigging, she carries a removable tussy mussyof sorts filled with roses, bits of old lace and pretty pearl accents.
Patience would be lovely stood looking out a window in a sunny corner of your vintage inspired home. Patience ismade with cloth and clay, no molds or patterns are used in the making of any of my art pieces, your signed and dated doll istruly one of a kind.
Patience is an adult collectors piece not intended for children to play with.
