Nice Vintage pewter scalloped charger / plate measures 11 3/4" and is in very good condition with no dings on edges, no scrapes / cuts of any significants, no bends / folds and ready for you to finish how you like.
I do not like polishing because everyone wants to use / do it your way... not mine. I did clean it off with mild dish soap, but that's all. Look at the photos and you'll see.
The stamp 'International Pewter Co' and the eagle are present just not showing up real well in photos.
