Absolutely beautiful vintage 6 piece International Silver Prelude tea/coffee set which includes coffee pot, tea pot, creamer, high sugar bowl with lid and low sugar bowl (also known as a waste bowl). The Prelude pattern has a delicate rim of flowers at the base of each piece. The handles are semi-plain with a small leaf like decoration. There are small artichoke like designs on the tops. All are marked sterling silver. This set is very heavy and sturdy and there are no dents on any of the pieces.International Silver started making this pattern in 1939 and they discontinued making sterling ware in the 1960\'s. This set is wonderful and would make a wonderful wedding gift or perfect for anyone who wants to make a statement when they entertain.
