Beautiful vintage 1975 and 1985 picture calendars, featuring artwork from Israeli artists such as Nachum Gutman and others.
The 1985 calendar is smaller and rectangular, and features all Nachum Gutman paintings (see photos). It was purchased from the Tel Aviv Museum in Israel. The 1975 art calendar is standard size, and features scenes from Anna Ticho; Alexander Isaac Frenel (Frenkel); Reuven Rubin; Mordechai Ardon; Ari Aroch; David Rakia; Yehuda Bacon; Chaim Gliksberg; Jakob Steinhardt; Josef Zaritsky; and Mordechai Moreh, and Samuel Bak.
Both 1975-76 & 1984-85 art calendars are in awesome condition-no missing pages, stains, tears, rips, etc. The 1975 Keren Hayesod United Israel Appeal calendar has bent corners at the bottom, where it was stored, but the pages are in great shape. The pictures might be slightly faded from time, although they were stored well in dry darkness. The larger calendar does come with a flap in the back so it can stand up as well as be hung on a wall/bulletin board, etc.
The Nachum Gutman calendar is perfect and comes with its original wrapping from the Tel Aviv Museum where it was purchased.
These pictures would be perfect for any art project, school project, decoupage/Mod Podge project, Hebrew or Sunday School, art student, Israel supporter, anyone who loves beautiful and meaningful artwork!!
These need to have a good home and be used to create more lovely things.
Please see all photos carefully as part of description, and feel free to ask questions before offerding.
