Description Being offered is a J. Chein tin litho Hercules ferris wheel from, we would guess, the mid 1900s. The toy, when wound, does still go around and the pinwheel beside the bell still spins, but, the bell does not ring. It is quite possible that it is capable of working, but, we are unsure of how to fix and have left it to the buyer. The toy graphics are still very vivid and shows very minimum handling wear and fading. All of the cars on the wheel appear to be original to the piece and are all free moving. This model displays a carnival scene base including a Giant Franks and Frozen Custard concession. The base measures 10 3/4\" x 5\" and stands about 16 1/2\". It has a weight of 2 pounds 8 ounces, but will have a shipping weight of 5 pounds 4 ounces, as it will be double boxed for protection.
