Here we have a vintage J Chein Tin Litho Spinning Circus Top. Gears slip a little, but still spins around. I believe when the top is spun, the middle section is supposed to open up revealing the clown inside, but he is laying outside of it right now. The clear top has some cracks to it, but none are broken out. Colors are very nice inside the top, and the base has some patina to it.
