Wonderful warrior sculpture with its originalbox found in a box of old dolls from the 40s-50s.

Great detail in his face and costume. His profile is the best as you can see interestinghelmet.

Or it could be his hairstyle tied up.

One of the figure’s hands comes out as if hecan hold something.

But, nothing else was in the box.

This statue possibly represents a JapaneseSamurai.

However, it also resembles a clay warrior likethe ones that guard the tomb of China’sfirst emperor, Qui Shi Huang.

Maker of item unknown. Age of item is unknownbut, well made and solid/some weight to it when you hold it.

Obviously, I am not an expert in this type item.

Any information will be much appreciated.

Material looks to be chalkware in a dark color.

This is not a new item and is not perfect. You can see a small age crack on the wrist ofthe hand that comes out.
