A JAPANESE BRASS / GOLD & SILVER DAMASCENE CIGARETTE CASE

This beautiful cigarette case dates to ca1950 and is in very good condition, finished in black, silver and gold embellishments on a brass foundation and measuring 6.5\" x 3.5\". The case has a sliding lid, so cleverly does without catches that loosen in time. The scene on the front is of Mount Fuji with a temple and bird decoration.
