Vintage Josef Originals California Tilt Head Green \"Taffy\" Figurine w/ Labels
Up for your consideration is an adorable older made in California Josef Original girl named \"Taffy\" figurine. She has a rarer light green color dress. Most seen are dressed in a pink or purple color.She still has her gold namesake \"Taffy\" sticker and gold \"Josef Originals California\" sticker attached to her sides.The bottom of the figurine is stamped and embossed with the Josef signature.
Her head is tilt with a beautiful light green bonnet with gold gilt on her head and she wears a light green dress with a yellow sash. She carries two gold gilt baskets of flowers with a variety of color stones for the flower centers. She is in great condition but has a flea bite chip on her nose.This chip, I would think, could easily be repaired with the right skill and knowledge of ceramic repair.
She measures approximately 3 1/2 inches tall. Some crazing noted due to age.She is free of any further chips or any cracks, breaks, or repairs. See Photos.
