Fixed Price Treasures: 

Trish\'s Treasures is happy to consider all reasonable offers! Feel free to make an offer for your treasure of interest!

sale-Style Treasures: 

If you\'d like to make an offer (a price lower than the starting offer price) for one of Trish\'s Treasures sale-Style Listings, please feel free to send me a message with your offer! If we can reach a mutual agreement, I will adjust the listing to corroborate our agreement. 

Shipping Policy: 

All of Trish\'s treasures are packaged VERY SECURELY, IN A BOX prior to shipping. This includes the \"padded envelope\" shipping option in which I pack the boxed treasure inside of the padded envelope.

Purchases that are paid for on or before 12:00 pm (on a business day) will be shipped out on the SAME DAY. 

Purchases that are paid for after 12:00 pm (on a business day), IF POSSIBLE, will also be shipped out on the same day. If not possible, your treasure will be shipped out on the very next business day. Same rule applies to purchases paid for on a Sunday or a holiday. 

Trish\'s Treasures ONLY uses Priority shipping options when shipping anything fragile. Priority shipping options include package insurance, whereas, the cheaper shipping option does not. The cost of insuring a package is $2.00, meaning that, once insured, the less expensive shipping option is almost the same price as the Priority options. 

You can opt to use the cheaper shipping option (~$4.00), sans insurance, for certain items (those weighing less than 13oz.)--BUT ONLY WITH THE EXPLICIT UNDERSTANDING THAT ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN--even in the unlikely event that your treasure were to be damaged in transit. 

If you\'d like to inquire as to whether your treasure of interest qualifies for the cheaper shipping option (without insurance): Before making your purchase, send a message stating that you\'re interested in the cheaper shipping option. In your message, be sure to acknowledge that you understand you\'re choosing to forego any possibility of a refund and I will let you know whether your treasure of interest qualifies for the cheaper shipping option and make it available for that particular treasure. 

Multi-Purchase Shipping Discount: If you purchase two or more treasures (at one time), you only pay one shipping fee.

Returns & Refund Policy: 

NO RETURNS. Before purchasing any of Trish\'s treasures, please heed any warnings of imperfections that are provided under the \"condition\" section for each listing AND study each and every picture.
