Very stylish vintage brown fedora Reporter Hat made by KEENS HATS. Style and tags appear to be circa 1930s/1940s/1950s. Soft material feels just like fur felt. Maker KEENS HATS is marked \"IN THE BRITISH MANNER\" so we are not 100% sure if hat was made in the USA or Britain. It is likely American made. This hat was sold through Albert Ltd, Seattle, a now defunct traditional gentlemen\'s shop known to sell quality menswear.
Hat features a low crown and shorter brim style often used as a standard with newspaper reporters in the past. This style is very current and would look great with contemporary street wear fashion, along with period dress. Well made and great quality. No marked size soplease check measurements below to ensure a proper fit. In great vintage condition: fur felt, exterior and interior fabric all in excellent condition, small tear on interior band (shown) but not noticeable and does not affect overall look & quality of hat (see photos).
