This item is a vintage 1960s-era Keynote Company Key Note Lite piano key or music illumination lamp or light. In tested and fully-functioning condition and in very decent cosmetic condition. Exhibits some scuffing and slight loss to the surface paint. The cord and AC transformer adapter module are in fully-intact condition.
