Very nice vintage hat/ Headpiece. This is a very pretty deep blue color. The feathers are all around the piece and it has a netted veil with matching velour bow. The veil does have some torn areas. The head piece is very clean and has no rips, stains, tears or holes. There are some loose feathers. There is no label on the hat. Measures approx. 7.5\" x 7\" x 4\" tall.
