- Bucheimer 1969 Official US Postal Service Mail / Letter Carrier Leather Satchel Bag.
- Dark tan leather bag with great patina. Shoulder strap is a replacement. The front flap is embossed US Mail, though very faint and hard to see. Bucheimer 1969 is clearly embossed on the interior.
- The bag is sewn together and re-inforced with rivets.Some of the stitching has come loose - most notably on and near the strap attach points - see picture 8, and on the side lower rivet points. Rivets are fully intact and functional.Some of the rivets have minimally verdified.
- Condition of Leather:Leather is in great condition and is very thick.No alterations, repairs or restoration. Wear marks/patina/darkening of leather is normal for age of piece as shown in the pictures. No tears or rips. The leather remains flexible. Minimal abrasions/wear on the bottom corners. The interior is clean.
- Dimensions: roughly 17\" X 14\". Weighs 4 pounds.
