A beautiful Lladro hand painted made in Spain porcelain figurine. The figurine is titled \"Girl Gathering Flowers\" #1172 and was done by Lladro sculptor Vincente Martinez. The young lady is kneeling picking flowers. It has a matte finish. It was first issued in 1971 and retired in 1992. The piece measures 8 1/4\" tall x 5.5\" long x 4\" wide. It is nice condition with a one or two small flaws. The flower below her raised leg is missing the front petal and the flower at the backside, behind her extended arm, appears to be missing the two front petals. Figurine is stamped on the bottom with the cobalt blue \"LLADRO\" mark and has a few other impressed hand etched numbers and symbols. The figurine came from the collection of a friends mother whom has passed away. She had it on display in her home along with the other last five left from the collection that I am currently listing for her. I do not have the box for it.
