You are offerding on a Vintage Lunkenheimer Steam Whistle. I originally thought this was the rare \"Mockingbird\" whistle based on the visual similarities though I am not certain enough to sell it as such. I am unsure of the makeup - the top appears brass with no magnetism. The handle, chain, and screws stick with a magnet. The bottom portion is not magnetic and I am unsure of the material used. The whistle measures about 16 inches top to bottom. The bell itself measures about 9 inches tall. The diameter of the bell is about 3.5 inches based on the circumference. The whistle has damage throughout, but would likely clean up well. I have not attempted to clean the whistle in fear of damaging it. The whistle is untested, as I do not know how to test these though the handle and chain do pull with ease. The handle is a little \'wobbly\' but does pull. Handle part has writing but I can only make out \"1918\". See pictures of the handle. Likely the patent date. This whistle weights about 9 pounds.Whistle is AS-IS, untested.
