  • DETAILS: For sale is a Vintage MANGER Creche SCENE/PIECES Lot of 17 Made in ITALY Christmas 1940\'s. The stable is made of cardboard. It comes with a single plug in light, the front folds up, the back portrays a picture scene of donkeys and hay. The Manger Set comes with a16 pieces. 6 pieces are vintage plastic (2 white reindeer, a camel, 2 kneeling angels, and a wise man. These pieces do not indicate where they are from, but have a distinct hole in the bottom from how they were made. The remaining 10 people/animals are made in Italy. They portray a felt bottom with a stamped marking. Joseph\'s staff is made of metal and comes out. Baby Jesus can be removed from the cradle. On the bottom of the cradle is an original sticker tag from JJ Newberry Co. The 2 lambs do not say Italy but have a purple stamped number. I tried to take many pictures to help aid in the description. Thanks for looking!
