Vintage Mardi Gras Carnival Mask with REAL Peacock Feathers... Krewe of Comus???

Bought this vintage mask at an estate sale in New Orleans 25 years ago in the Garden District. The owner explained that the family was a member of the old Krewe of Comus and that this was one of the masks was her aunt has worn. She had other crew favors and invitations but those went to sale. I have no proof of this, and am selling this as a vintage Mardi Gras mask. Hand designed and constructed with real fathers. The band to hold the mask in place is not elastic (as elastic is a more modern element). In overall very good condition with some wear to the feathers. Please see pics for condition. Measurements:
