Looks like this is from the 1970s as it is a cloth patch that was ironed on to a uniform or shirt (glue looks like it has aged a bit, so would need to be sewn on)..

Almost 2\" high and 3.5\" across and near mint/ Mint condition, and never applied.

This is a cloth sew on type of jacket or hat patch.

This one is in good shape, this is very nice, not perfect..Glue backing shows a little age

These are for collectors and grab a few and put together a neat vintage racing jacket.
