This is for a vintage Marx Newlyweds Tin Litho doll house set. This doll house is from the 1920\'s and is in good condition for it\'s age.It comes with 4 rooms and 20 pieces of furniture. Please remember that this set is from the 1920\'s and does show signs of wear and use, but for it\'s age is in good condition. Please see all pictures before purchase. I want to mention all the small flaws it may have so you are not surprised upon arrival. The grandfather clock has a small dent at the bottom but was small and hard to photograph, one of the pink armchairs has a small dent on the side, there is a small dent on the red and white china cabinet (shown in the pictures). The pink bed is a little off and not flat to the ground, I believe it can be twisted back into shape easily. I did not want to try to move or adjust any of the furniture, there are scuff marks on the corners of each room and on some of the furniture, the bedroom is not fully connected to the base (needs to be pushed in or soldered back down, as shown in the pictures). None of the tabs are missing or broken, all are attached. The furniture is in good condition but all have some minor wear and paint/color wear. Each tin box has a few dents on the outside sides but are not noticeable when looking into the rooms. The rooms measure 5\" long by 2.25\" deep and 3\" tall. Furniture includes:

- kitchen stove (I think its a stove)

Item will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment. I ship packages EVERYDAY Monday through Saturday so you can be sure to receive your package timely. Items with a combined total of $250 (price + shipping) will be sent signature required unless /PayPal changes their policy on signature required. If you are in an apartment and would like signature required on an item less than $250 please let me know and I will add it for you free of charge. I will only ship to the address in the PayPal transaction, this is a PayPal policy. Sorry NO EXCEPTIONS. now offers FedEx shipping, so your item may be shipped with FedEx even if USPS is stated in the description. FedEx offers better tracking and they insure packages for the 1st $100. I may use them depending on buyers location.

Only some of my listings will I offer International shipping. International shipping time varies based on Country location and customs. Items can be returned after 14 days of receipt during the Christmas Extension, items purchased from Dec. 1st can be returned until Dec. 31st. Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges on new with tags items that the tags have been removed, the item has been used, package has been opened, or is returned smelling like smoke as I can no longer sell the item. I also accept exchanges. Same conditions apply for exchanges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on an exchanged item. One exchange per transaction.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I am part of the Global Shipping Program and the packages will be shipped by to your country. If your country is not part of the program the item will be shipped with Priority Mail International. If you purchased your item and had it shipped to a USA address but then have it shipped to an international location the return/exchange policy starts when the item shows delivered in the USA (this does not include the global shipping program, your return time will start when it arrives in your country if you are purchasing with the Global Shipping Program). I can no longer accept a return or exchange if it shows delivered to the USA address I shipped to but you have a family member or friend use a different carrier to have it shipped overseas which takes 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
