Variousdegrees of surface rust /oxidation noted on metal base

Throttle controls intact .Not tested electronically.Screw terminal with wire nuts intact.

Power cords show some dirt/grime intact with no evidence of severe dry rot.

Cordsa bit stiff with flexibility. Each item plugged in andaudible hum heard.
