You are offerding on a santa friction scooter made by the Marx company. The pieces condition is not much different than some I have seen.

There are clearly some issues there are clear signs of glue on the seams and one of the wheels has lost some pieces out of it. Also, a few areas seem to be re pAinted. Please see photos!

I am not an expert on toys but the mechanism seems to work perfectly it will still wind and scoot along.

It is marked Marx on the bottom and the side.
