I got this fez at an estate sale and I thought It should return to someone with the right to use it. I don\'t know much about such things but I will answer what I can. Or you can take advantage of my ignorance! I cannot measure the size for sure.

It seems the fez is in fundamentally good shape but it could do with a skilled cleaning.
