You are offerding on a cute Charming Chatty Doll, made in the early 1960s by Mattel. She is a soft faced Charmin with red hair wearing her original sailor outfit and saddle shoes. She comes with one record Animal Noises/Scary and she still has her pull string and talks. She is a nice doll but not perfect. Her hair is full but about dry. Her sailor dress is faded and someone has added red buttons, which actually look cute. Her sailor too is missing the blue tie. Her body has a little smudge or mark here and there but nothing notable or unsightly. She has no odors and is from a non smoking home.
