Vintage 3-ring Trapper Keeper nice condition. Red with blue striping. Minor very small \"scuffing\" type marks inside on white vinyl, likely from binder rings, and next to Velcro closure. Velcro closure appears to be a bit brittle from age, and may need further securing if use of item is intended. Outside excellent condition on vinyl. Overall nice vintage piece!
