Vintage Metal Flag Pole Floor Stand Base Holder Heavy:

This Flag pole floor stand weighs 4 pounds 2 oz., is 5\" tall and 4 1/4\" in diameter. The hole to hold the Flag pole is 1 1/8\" in diameter. It is metal but I\'m not sure if it is solid brass or not. It is old, has scratches, gouges and some green on it. Could use a good cleaning.
