In overall great vintage condition with wonderful patina and grain. Shows age appropriate weari.e.: scratches and chips. We are leaving the original straight head bolt and nut in it but they\'re rusty, tight, and hard to unscrew. Buyer can choose to change it or to spray it with WD 40 or something.
We bought this from a friend who told us his mom had it made when he was a young teenager during the early 50s. She filled it with nuts during the holidays but you can use it for yarn, dough, fruit, or anything you like. It stands about the right height to reach while you\'re seated. He wasn\'t sure if she had the bowl and legs made or just the legs to match the bowl.
The legs will be removed for safe shipping.
