In the 1960\'s my friends mother, who is now 93, worked in the millinery department at Sakowitz department store in Houston.This was a very upscale store and the hats were excellent quality, often hand made or machine made with hand sewn details.I have been lucky enough to acquire several of these hats to share with you.When we were children these were called \"church hats\". I can remember counting all the ladies hats during the sermon.None of the hats are sized. They are one size fits most.All are in excellent condition, no damage or repair. They have been stored in boxes for years. Clean and ready to use.
