Beautiful Mid Century Modern (1963) Syroco 8 day jeweled Sunburst wall clock. Made in U.S. by Syracuse Ornamental Company (Syroco). Material is a wood/resin/polymer composite. Very sturdy. Comes with the original key. We have wound this and it keeps time. The clock face is protected by a glass dome with brass (non-magnetic) edge. The glass is totally intact, opens easily, closes securely. The face itself looks like brass (but it is magnetic) with Roman numerals, the words \"8 day jeweled\" and the keyhole. The sunburst rays have an art deco quality. 23\" in diameter .The back of the clock is stamped GERMANY. This weighs almost 9 lbs unpackaged. Ready to hang on your wall and use.
