No room for a sculpture? Here\'s a signed \"R.B.\" (Modernist sculptor RUTH BLOCH, b. 1951, Israel) generous figural pin in a liquid polished sterling figural pin. Circa 1980 or earlier. Ruth Bloch\'s jewelry echoes her notable bronze sculpture in museums, collections and public spaces worldwide. Largest of her limited jewelry pieces, this long pin --a notable 6.5\" long-- is 1.5\" wide at hips. It weighs 41.6gr sterling but wears lightly with a sturdy off-vertical pin. This brooch has an antitarnish coated finish: no large scratches but normal microbrasion of the coating. These are invisible but I tried to capture them in pictures. Warm light gives this a nice warm look. Hard to find; a popular art accessory from the hand of a noted Modernist sculptor. Very good late midcentury collectible, unique in its size.
