This sale contains one Vintage Miners hard hat or helmet and one Vintage Bureau of Mines Permissible flashlight. The hard hat is in great condition. It is made by Mine Safety Appliances Co. U.S.A., M S A SkullGaurd Type K. There are very few scuffs marks and all are very minor. It has one small crack, about a 1/8\" long on the brim and it appears to be only on the surface. The liner is solid, but does have some wear. This helmet appears to be complete. The flash light is a Heavy duty composite and appears to be complete, extra bulb and all. It is Black in color. The side states, Permissible Electric Flashlight. Approved for use in methane and air mixtures only, Dept. of the interior Bureau of Mines. Approval No. 618, issued to the Fulton MFG. Corp. Wauseon. Ohio. For use in a explosive area. There appears to be only one tiny chip in the handle and a few small dings in the battery cap. This flashlight is in nice condition and does work.
