This is a Mr. Ardis male sewing adjustable dress form or mannequin display stand. The neck adjusts from approximately 14\" to 18\", the chest adjusts from 36\" to 44\", the waist adjusts from 31\" to 39\", the hips adjust from 36\" to 44\" and the height adjusts from 60\" to 72\". The fabric on the form is a little loose on the edges, please view pictures for details.
