NAO \"Kissing in Nightgown\" Figurine

I believe this vintage NAO porcelain girl figurine by Lladro is one of a pair. There is a boy figurine that faces her. Unfortunately I only have the girl. Measures 7-1/4\" high, 2-7/8\" wide and 1-3/4\" deep. Marked: NAO MADE IN SPAIN and some other impressed marks (see photo #3).

In very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Tiny bit of shelf wear on the bottom. Sorry, I do not have the original box.
