This is a vintage porcelain NAPCO January Birthday Angel with spaghetti trim featuring a New Year\'s horn and clock showing 11:55 on its face. The figurine is 4\" high and in nice, clean, smoke-free condition with no cracks. There is age crazing present and a bit of spaghetti trim missing on one sleeve (see photos).
