The clasp, and the tiny connectors where the double strand reduces to one strand join are not sterling. Nothing else reacts to a magnet.
The total length of the necklace measures just over 26\" The pendant measures 2 1/8\" X 2\".

Harry Morgan: Navajo. Hallmark: H. Morgan. Harry Morgan wasa widely renowned and well respected Navajo silversmith and recognized as oneof the outstanding Native American jewelers. He was one of a handful of Gallup,New Mexico Navajo artists responsible for the revival of the old, traditionalNavajo jewelry style and development of an old pawn finish - which is somewhatlike the Hopi brush or satin finish only darker.

Harry Morgan passed away in 2007. He was an incrediblefifth-generation Navajo silversmith from New Mexico who won many awards for hisbeautiful jewelry design. The stamps that Harry used to decorate his work wereinherited from his parents and uncles or made by him. Much of his work was madewith silver that he rolled himself. He put a satin finish on every piece togive it an antique look. Harry got his ideas for his creations from the naturalelements, such as nature, canyons, colors, and the different times of the day.Harry lived near Gallup, New Mexico, where he grew up. He won awards at everymajor Indian art show. Two of his five children have taken up the art ofsilversmithing.
