Elegant, retro lockset made by, "Arrow Lock Co." of Brooklyn, NY sometime around the middle of the previous century. The set comes in it\'s original box and consists of a cylinder unit with 2 brass knobs and rosettes, 1 barrel lock, 1 brass strike plate, and 6 setscrews. The interior knob and rosette, and the lock faceplate are chrome-plated.

* This is a locking, privacy lockset that allows the person on the inside of the room (the chrome side) to lock/unlock the unit by simply pushing the button in the center of the knob. Once the person is ready to open the door, he/she simply turns the knob, the button retracts automatically, and the door could be opened. A unit like this was typically installed on a bathroom door, but could also be used for a bedroom or any other room requiring privacy.

* This unit could accommodate the swing of any door, and it could fit on a door that measures 1 3/8" - 1 3/4" thick.

Installation: We included a photo of the original instructions, which are not included with purchase. If the photo is too small to read, email us and we\'ll send you a high-resolution photo of the instructions. Since we only have 1 copy of the instructions, and 2 locksets (1 in this sale and 1 in another sale), we need to hold onto it in case we need to take higher resolution photos for a buyer.

Since this is a modern lock, it requires a standard, modern, lockset installation procedure, which any door installer should be able to do. Use the guide, which is included with the set to facilitate the installation process.

Condition: This set is considered, "New Old Stock," which means that it was made a long time ago, but was never installed and used. As a result, it is in excellent, functional condition. There are no breaks, cracks, chips, gouges, or deep scratches. It is unused so it functions "like diameter x 15/8"
