The History

This beautiful piece was made by a very talented Native American silversmith. It features hand crafted silversmith work thoughout.

CarolynPollack jewelry is a very famous Southwest Silver jewelry company. Today,Carolyn Pollack Jewelry employs 200 people in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and allof our jewelry continues to be designed and manufactured here in the heart ofthe southwest United States.

Repoussébegan as an ancient metal working technique, involving malleable silver firstformed with a specially created three-dimensional mold and then further refinedby hammering from the reverse side and adding detail to the front. The finished work was intricate, withgrooves, indentation and channeling. It was then carefully polished as aneye-catching treasure.

This beautiful pendant is signed by Carolyn Pollack.

The Piece

The pendant is made from solid Sterling Silver and is completely handmade. It features traditional Navajo Nation silver work including the repousse style and hand etching of a cross, angel, and a heart. The bottom of the cross is made to look like it is part of the angel\'s dress.

The pendant measures just over 1 and 1/2\" tall by just over 1\" wide.

The pendant also has a pin backing with a secure locking C clasp to be worn as a brooch as well.
