Up for your consideration today, is one stunning big, bold beautiful Navajo ring. This ring comes to you today as a pre owned vintage ring from a Native American Jewerly store from Montana that is now closed. This ring is stamped with the letter H. According to Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks by Billie Hougart, page 145, the H stand for Navajo silversmith Cecil Henry, who is Navajo and stamps with the letter H.
This beautiful ring is also stamped sterling silver. The silver work around this ring is beyond beautiful. The color of the cabochon is unique. You have tons of green, black and silver. It appears tobe Thunder blue turquoise from Nevada. This ringis one inch by one inch andhas a split shank for comfort. Itis 7.8 in total gram weight.
The stunning turquoise appears to be thunderbird which was originally owned and operated by the Mcginnis family. This mine produced avein that is a medium to dark blue with black brown blotchy matrix from Nevada. It is so information:The very best turquoise is pure and has a radiant sky blue color.
