This is a listing for a pair of vintage sterling silver and stone earrings hand wrought by Navajo silversmith Frank Guerro. They feature large carved white stone cabochons, perhaps white coral, set in hand made deep bezels that have been beautifully filed for detail. The end result is stark, streamlined and very clean. These are set with clips which will balance a larger sized earring for a beautiful display. The clips work well and the earrings are very comfortable. They have a beautiful domed triangular shape, are obviously very thick with a stunning natural hard polish. The length is 1.5 inches and the width is just short of 1 inch across the base. They weigh 18 grams..for both.Navajo smiths make some of the most exquisite modernist jewelry in the world and these are great examples of that aesthetic. Thank you for looking.
