Vintage Navajo Woman\'s Sterling and Speckled Turquoise Ring Signed Eugene BeloneThis is a gorgeous sterling and turquoise ring smithed by Navajo artisan Eugene Belone of New Mexico. As is customary with Navajo jewelry the emphasis is on the stone. This ring certainly does not disappoint. It has an incredible light blue and caramel speckled boulder turquoise stone set in a thick plain bezel mount.The stone is large, organically shaped, and resembles a speckled bird\'s egg. The color combination is striking. Truly an extraordinary stone.
The ring is stamped EB on the inside which is Belone\'s signature hallmark. It is also stamped Sterling. The ring measures a ring size7 1/2. It weighs 7.7 grams. The face of the ring measures just under 7/8\" high by 5/8\" across at its widest. I took pictures of the ring from all angles-please excuse the light reflection on the stone in some of my pictures.
This ring is a great size. It feels good on the finger and has lots of impact. It is well made and in excellent condition. Belone makes high quality, exquisite jewelry that is very collectible.
