This is a RARE Nike AM FM promo radio! This is a wonderful collector piece!! This is a vintage Nike AM FM yellow (with blue NIKE and swoosh) hand held or belt clip radio. The Nike logo is NOT a decal. It has a thin black rubber type detail that goes around the radio edge and between the yellow and gray portions. It takes (2) AA batteries. It also has a headphones jack. This was a Nike promo which I received when I worked for a shoe company in the late 1980\'s/early 90\'s. It was a promo from the shoe distributor. The shoe store I worked for never sold these to the public. It still has the \"Made in Hong Kong\" sticker on the backside of the belt clip as well as the clear battery type sticker. I triedthe radio when I received it in the 80\'s but that is all. It was a promo/novelty item. I have stored this since new. I just placed some batteries in it and tried it with a very basic headset and the FM works as well as the volume and on/off switch. Only the FM portion of the dial works. It picks up some \"old school\" basic radio music/stations and static between stations. Size: 2 1/4\" x 3 1/2\" and 3/4\" thick. The bottom gray portion pops off to insert the batteries. This is a vintage piece and being sold as a collector piece. Due to the age of the piece I cannot guarantee the stability of the materials if this is used as a functional radio.
