This is well kept piece of pewter. It is 10 1/2 inches long. The widest part of blade is 2 inches.
It is the original box. This was acquired from an estate sale.
The story behind the Olva Norway Viking is quite interesting.This pattern is often referred to as \"Olav the Holy and his men\". The pattern is based on events that occurred in Norway over 1000 years ago.It was believed that Olav the Holy (Heilag) carved himself dragon heads on his own long ships.
The pattern is discontinued. This would be a wonderful addition to anyone\'s collection.
