This is a Vintage Obsolete PostalBullion ThreadInspector Patch.

I think it is from the 1970\'s or early 80\'s.

It has a piece of paper on back, I think it what was used to embroider the patch, not sure,it was that way when purchased at an estate sale.

It is 3\" tall, very pretty and in great unused condition.

I am not affillated with the manufacturer of this item,however all my items are authentic, I do not sell fakes or knock offs.
