Not marked TPS, but I found a photo on the internet of a tin motor scooter this goes on that was saleed off in 2010 by Morphy livesaleeers, and they stated it was made by TPS. Their scooter had a \"Rabbit\" on the front and rear, so they called it a \"Rabbit\" scooter. Theirs also had a boy riding the scooter. You can find the same info using \"TPS Rabbit Scooter\" search too if you desire to.
