You can see the rustiness on the bottom where it was stuck in the ground -- one of the stake tips has rusted off. I tried to find a wire brush in my husband\'s tools, but couldn\'t, so you are buying in the same condition that I purchased it from at an estate sale.
It measures approximately 11 1/4\" tall (from the bottom of the stake to the top of the ears) x 6 5/8\" wide x 7/8\" thick.
I will leave the cleaning up to the new owner.
