Blond wood handle. Blade reads \"T-1 Townsman, 8 teeth per inch, by DisstonHenry Disston Division, H.K Porter Inc, Philadelphia USA.\" This means that this saw is a Disston that dates to after the company was bought out by H.K. Porter of Pittsburgh and that this saw was made between 1955 and 1978, when the company was sold to a Swedish concern. Saw is 29\" long from end to end of top ear on handle. Blade is 5\" deep where handle begins. Blade is in good, usable condition but I suspect it would need a mild acid bath to fullyclean it. Blade is very straight.Handle is snug top-to bottom. It has some writing on the steel blade (see last photo) but could be removed.It still has the original price sticker on the wood handle for $40. Thanks for looking!
