Necklace is actually in AMAZING Vintage condition for its age, with the exception of a few beads, common on Vintage Squash Blossom Necklaces. The Sterling Beads are the thinnest part of any necklace, so usually that will be the first area to show any problems:

The Only Issues I could find: there were several dented Beads mainly behind the right side of the Naja, I saw a couple more here & there with less dings. Not only are they sort of "Blocked" from sight due to where they are, you also can turn them around where the dent is on the back of the Strand AND them be behind the Naja, too,..PLUS, this IS a 32" Long Necklace, so if you chose to, you could always remove the dented ones altogether, and STILL have a Longer than average Necklace. Just not noticeable & doesn't disturb the Look of this fabulous necklace when worn- all the Silver 'mixes together' anyway, and unless you're just right up against it looking for them, you just don't notice it due to them being behind the Naja.

An AMAZING Find! This GORGEOUS Old Necklace is the ULTIMATE SQUASH BLOSSOM Necklace, it has generous WEIGHT, an AWESOME Style, AND a Color you just do NOT find that often!! MASSIVE, THICK & CHUNKY SLABS of BEAUTIFUL GREEN TURQUOISE with HEAVY COPPER CARAMEL SPIDERWEB MATRIX,..(These STONES ARE SUPER FAT & JUICY, & THE STERLING BLOSSOM TIPS ARE HEAVY & FIRM, unlike most), I still have been unable to POSITIVELY IDENTIFY this Turquoise,..I contacted a Friend in the Turquoise business that is not only a Lapidarist & Silversmith, he also owns several Turquoise Mines, too. For starters, he said that he definitely thought it was NATURAL, Untreated TURQUOISE simply because it is has Natural 'Pitting' visible in the stones, (NOT a defect, simply a natural Characteristic of whatever type this is), & that usually when Turquoise is treated, it will fill in the pits, so that's why he thought this was NATURAL. HEAVY GAUGE, WEIGHS approx. 1/2 POUND! STRUNG ON STERLING CHAIN, & completed with a Traditional style, HEAVY DUTY Hook & Eye Clasp. ALL of Stones have a fabulous "TWISTED ROPE" surrounding each one, then all stones have anywhere from 1 to 5 Starburst Stamped RAIN BEADS on each. This Necklace is FABULOUS with a warm & inviting Patina.
