Made in Portland, Oregon. 3 of the 6 glass tubes working correctly, 2 of the six light op at end like they want to get going, but don\'t. The glass in the back doesn\'t light at all, so this is as-is. The 7ft. original cord and plug look good. The original turn switch works good. The finish is brown wrinkle paint. Needs cleaning up.
The unit itself weighs 22lbs. and with double boxing and oversize shipping is a bit. Shipping would be less to West Coast.
The unit is 16\" long by 9-3/4\" tall by 7-1/2\" front to back.
