These adorable oldSalt & Peppersfeatures 2 Siamese cats giving each other a flirtatious sideways glance. The boy cat has a blue scarf, and the girl cat has a pink scarf.Both still have the stoppers, and the noisemaker \"meow\"maker in the bottom. The noisemakers do not work, which is common in these old pieces.
They measure about 4-1/2\" tall.
Good condition, but they are not perfect
The pieces have nice bright colors and no cracks. Their faces are painted in a detailed manner, with green eyes and blue eyelids, pink mouths, and black noses and whiskers. There are a few flea bites to the glaze their ears, mostly the pink one and hertail.The blue one has a little paint chipped off his nose. There are a few manufacturing flaws here and there. There is shelf wear on the bottom . All in all still a very cute little pair of kittens!
The pink one is dated 1958 on the bottom, the blue one is dated 1961. So they probably did not start out as a pair, but they found each other anyway!
