Shipping Policy• Please provide your complete Shipping Address with your valid phone number during Checkout, just to make shipping process easy & as required by courier company (FedEx OR DHL). Please try to avoid P.O. Box number, APO, FPO, Military addresses for the proof of delivery for these items. We ship to physical address only.
• Items will be shipped worldwide from INDIA within next business day after receiving full confirmed payment via FEDEX (Delivery within 4 to 7 business days) or DHL (Delivery within 8 to 14 business days) or Indian Post (Delivery typically in 2 to 3 weeks). We take great care of products and pack them in best possible manner to reach you safe.
• All of my shipments are traceable and tracking is available via the destination country\'s postal website, after the mail has left India. Since Australian postal service provide tracking for \"speed post\" only and hence registered parcel are not traceable.
• The most or we can say in 50% cases buyer\'s are not at home at the time of delivery, so please track you parcel regularly.
• You can track your package online using the tracking code (type it with no space) given to you on your country\'s postal website

• In the unlikely event if an item is not in good condition we will immediately refund you.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. There is a $5 cancellation fee for any order placed but not yet processed.
• Once provided tracking number, Its customer responsibility to track package and in delivery problems contact their local post office to resolve any delivery related issues.
• Custom order based on their specification can take up to 3-4 weeks to get created and then another 2-4 weeks for shipment. There is no refund at all for any custom orders; customer may be notified when the custom order is ready to ship.
• If you are an *UNVERIFIED* buyer with an *UNCONFIRMED* PayPal address, you may be subject to a 3-5 day waiting period. You can ensure faster processing by creating a confirmed account.
• Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. USPS will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases, if someone stole or items is lost when left at door but shown as delivered then Customer is liable to locate, contact nearest post office/Fedex/Others for any lost package left at door. We will not be liable for any loss & will not consider any claims for lost or stolen packages. We don’t take responsibility once items are shown delivered in tracking status. It\'s customer\'s responsibility to resolve these issues with their local post office. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
• All Registered mails and packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer\'s responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.
• If shipping carrier left notice and attempted to deliver package to you and for any reasons package is returned to us or lost in transit back to us, you will be liable for full value of items and shipping fee. We will not be held liable for this and it will be considered a complete delivery for all intended purpose.
• If for some reason customer didn\'t accept the order or customer provided incorrect address and item is returned back to seller/us, We will not be held liable to return any fee or cost of item including shipping fee, customer will have to contact us about reshipping the items once we get it back from carrier and then customer will have to pay original shipping fees again. No exception.
• In certain cases international shipping may take up to 25 to 40 business days worldwide, depending on the location for delivery and on the destination country\'s postal service, customs holding and other various reasons and buyer must agree to wait until up to 3-7 weeks in case items gets delayed or stuck in customs. During holiday periods shipping will take a bit longer than usual so please order early or convo me to arrange a rush order. Even if we provide processing times, in some cases It may take longer for us to actual process your order.
• Shipping time period may extend little, since exceptions are always there as we cannot avoid delays due to customs, natural calamities, Strikes, Long Holidays and mostly it depends upon the Postal service of your country.It may be delayed a lot than the normal time by many ways, hope you understand with these following reasons, which is out of our control.Bad Weather, Heavy Snow, Heavy Rain.Long Holidays of the Post Office or Courier Company.Crowded Shipping during the Festive Season or at the end of the year.How far your address is from country\'s import office.Post offices Strike and mostly it depends upon the Postal service of your country.

•If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason (received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered), we will make every attempt to resolve the issue. If you choose to return the item, we will refund your purchase in full, including original postage.
•In case of returns you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, so that we can process your return for refund, If item is in your possession more than 3 days, it is considered used and we will not be in the position to give you a refund or replacement.The Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
•Before returning goods, please contact for right documents to be required for submitted with return cargo, in want of adequate and right documents, if any penalty is imposed by Indian customs that would be deducted from the refund amount. Any return from outside India must be clearly marked \"Returned Goods\". Country of Origin India, failure to do so will incur Custom Charges and extra carrier handling Fees, chargeable to sender.
•We will ask you pictures of the damaged items as a proof before authorizing the return.
•All returned items MUST be in the original packaging as well as the item itself, not to be altered, sized, damaged or wrong item and you must provide us the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return.
•Always return your items using registered airmail / courier with tracking confirmation. As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn\'t get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through suggested postal service in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.
•Never send back a item without consulting with us. It\'s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
•Return postage charges would be borne by the buyer only on all returns. (Buyer will be liable of return shipping fees)
•Once we receive the package we will ship similar item (color and design may vary due to the nature of the items). No refund will be issued for damaged item.
•We don’t make refund for lost of goods in transit, in that case we will ship new similar item (as no item is exactly the same due to its handmade and vintage nature). Refund can be made only if a replacement is not available.
•There is \'No Refund\' if you leave us a negative response without contacting us first.
•If return is desired for other reasons a 20% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
•However if delivery shows item is delivered but you claim you didn\'t receive then it\'s buyer\'s duty to contact the shipping carrier to locate the package.
•No refunds for any lost or damaged package once package is delivered and items not received due to an incorrect address.
•All custom order sales are final. Since all custom items are handmade and made with buyer\'s specific requests. We DO NOT accept returns for any custom orders.
•We retain the right to refuse any refund if we feel the return policy is being abused. Payment Policy• We accept payments only via PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards). PayPal is the fastest & safest mode of transfer.
• All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor of PayPal. You can pay with your credit card directly through PayPal. It\'s not necessary for a buyer to have PayPal account and no need to register on PayPal for that purpose.
• Using PayPal you can instantly pay by credit card or online bank transfer. As this is a transaction service provided by PayPal, you are assured for increased safety in online payments.
• Payment is due at the time of order. When full payment is made, your order is processed immediately. If payment has not been received within 48 hours seller has right to re-list item.
• When the order is placed, the price of the item as well as the expenses of deliveries are not anymore negotiable. No exception.
• If you request for cancelling an order prior to shipping or within 24 hours of purchase we may consider cancelling your order on case by case but you will be liable for 10-30% charge of total transaction fee paid to vendors such as PayPal and the website fees and 10-30 % charge of restocking fee based on the item, its condition and other factors.

Handicraft products are completely handmade & created by Indian rural artisan in traditional designs, hence finishing may be not as good as modern art.For the very reason that each item has been handmade there is always an element of human error, whether it is a missed stitch or overlapping block print design. Yet for us the beauty is in the imperfection which adds up to its charm and character. These are the signs that mean your craft has been handmade. These are not defects or considered as reason for any dispute.However, we think you are more likely to be amazed by how perfect a handmade product can be.
Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, handloom, hand weaved products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation keeping the same theme constant in artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items.
Please note that we recycle vintage tribal fabric from Indian tribes. Vintage tribal items in our shop use fabrics which may have some stains or imperfect embroidery or thread work. To keep the originality of the fabric we don’t alter these and are the characteristic of the fabric and cannot be considered as an imperfection. This applies to kantha quilts, tapestry, pouf, ottoman, cushions and blankets where some threads on the edges left undone to increase the beauty of these handmade treasures.
Depending on the size of products there may be dimension variation because of the unique and handmade nature and also variation in weight due to moisture, dryness, gravity and different measuring machines.
All images are self explanatory and give you best details of the items & descriptions. Actual Images of item in indirect sunlight are shown above. We try to take photos of all our items as true as possible in terms of colors and appearance to the real items. We follow WYSIWYG \"What you see is what you get\".The original colour of items which you buy may differ minutely from the images you see due to camera capture sensitivity, lighting & even your system screens as monitor settings may vary from individual to individual (differences in display output), so there may be a minor possibility in change of brightness & contrast.
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly accurate values. Since most of the products have intricate handwork, there may be slight variation in the pictures displayed and the respective actual products.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the actual item received.We believe that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different or sometimes even more as compared to the actual items or products ordered. There can\'t be any returns or exchanges due to such color related issues.
It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on a product as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these products have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.

Customs Duties and Taxes: All items are shipped from India, and please note that some countries incur Custom Duties, Excise Duty or Import Tax on international inbound shipments/packages at the point of delivery.Some countries like USA and Australia do not collect taxes on small parcels (i.e. less than $200), while countries in Europe have far more strict policies. In general most of our customers do not have to pay any customs or duty charges.Very rare it happens but please note that All Import duties, taxes, custom charges, Quarantine etc arising in buyer’s country of residence are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Sadly, we have no control over such fees, and they very dramatically, also we cannot predict these charges and these charges are the buyer\'s responsibility.
